Play Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

General:

Bubbles, Bounce & Sensory Play is a Sensory Neurodiverse Play Centre spread over a large space of different rooms and spaces, where parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children under their care throughout the premises. This applies for all indoor and outdoor spaces and toilet facilities as well. BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C team does not take any responsibility for supervision of any minors present within the premises unless specifically stated on the session description.
Children of all ages are welcome in the play Centre when booked on to the session you as a parent / guardian feel is most appropriate. If you book on a sibling that is not suited to the session please ensure that you remain hypervigilant of small parts / toys which may not be suitable as the session is set up in line with the decision description and we will not be held responsible for accident or injury relating to siblings out of the age range of the session.
Any child must be accompanied by an adult at all times (Unless stated in session description). Even though your child may be able to play independently, you are expected to stay nearby to ensure that resources and other visitors are treated with respect.
Subject to availability, bookings can be made in advance online until the session is showing as fully booked. If we have space for 1 child and you wish for a sibling to also attend please contact us directly at the play centre on 07950835956.
Play sessions last 90 mins each (Unless otherwise stated on the session description). Start times of sessions are listed on our booking system and website & Daily Socials.
CCTV may be in operation throughout BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C premises and is covered by our Privacy Policy.
All personal belongings and property brought into BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C by visitors is done so at their own risk. BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.
BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C accepts no responsibility for any items left in the buggy park and accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit.
BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C reserves the right to close the whole or part of the Centre at any time. if deemed necessary for the security and safety of guests, children and staff. Customers will then have a choice to either re-book their sessions or receive a refund.

Admissions:

Bookings: All children need a valid booking to play/explore or hang out this will be checked on entry and once the session is full the front doors are closed on a magnetic lock for safety. If late arriving for the session you will need to ring the doorbell to alert supervising staff that you are waiting for entry. We will not be issuing wrist bands as we are working towards becoming as fully sustainable as practicable and wish to minimise unnecessary waste.
Your booking entitles entry for one child for one allocated 90 minute session and is not transferable, and cannot be shared.
Booking Confirmation: Your admission booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through the online booking system. The entry price includes admission only. We are a cashless play centre.
Pricing: Ticket prices are listed in GBP on our website www.bubblesbounce.co.uk and online booking system but may change at any time. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors after booking.
Walk-ins: We do not ordinarily accept walk-ins, If you suddenly find yourself in the event of an emergency with an additional child and the session is full, either call ahead to speak with us on 07950835956 admission will be at the discretion of the play staff on duty at the time.
You can book on the day of the session, our system shows when each session is fully booked. if you have not pre-booked on line, you’re running the risk that the play session may be fully booked when you arrive. In such cases, we would generally not be able to accommodate you, as sessions should be pre-booked so that we can prepare the best play / educational / sensory experience for you.
Group bookings: If you (the customer) pre-book tickets and your party size exceeds the number of tickets held by you for the session , Bubbles, Bounce & Sensory Play C.I.C may not be able to accommodate your additional guests if the maximum capacity has been reached for that session. Although if you contact us on 07950835956, we will do our best to help where we safely can and purely at the discretion of the play staff on duty at the time. However, if we cannot increase the session once the maximum bookings have been taken, A refund will not be provided for the tickets held and only those with a valid ticket for the session will be permitted entry to BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C play area.
Bookings for friends: Where tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the buyer accepts responsibility for notifying all those in their party of BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C terms and conditions.
Booking Validity: Your admission booking is valid only for the date and time slot specified at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the session date and time on your confirmation. Mistakes cannot always be rectified and entry will only be permitted for the number(s) booked, date and time stated on the booking confirmation.
Timings: Each play session is restricted to 90 minutes. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your session. If you miss your play session, or part thereof, refunds and transfers will not be available. Once you hear our bell the session has ended. Please leave the play centre promptly in order to allow the set up for the next session, this is because we want our play staff to have enough time to ensure that each session is given the best experience of the centre. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your session. If you miss your play session or part thereof refunds and transfers will not be available.
Entry Requirements: Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (who must be 18+ years old) at all times (Unless otherwise stated in our session description or agreed in advance in circumstances where the parent / guardian is under the age of 18, or a paid support staff member /personal assistant age 16+ for children over the age of 5).
while visiting the play centre. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual or group at our discretion without refund if the reason is due to non-adherence to the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking.

Cancellations, Refunds, Rescheduling:

All Bookings are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise within this document.
In the event that a play session is cancelled, a full refund will be provided. BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C reserves the right to cancel any sessions at their discretion.
Late Arrival: Late arrival will result in reduced play time, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals.
Rescheduling: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the booked date and time. For bookings made online rescheduling requests can be made via email Rescheduling will be granted subject to availability and at a discretion of BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C.

Rules of Entry:

Socks Required: For hygiene and safety, please take off your shoes before entering any inflatable(Bouncy castle), sensory dome and sensory space with floor seating, rebound trampoline and place them in the shoe bench compartments in the main Bounce room. Socks must be worn at all times. If you need a pair of socks, you can purchase them from a play staff member @ BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C. by card payment.
Food and Drink: Whilst on the premises, you or your children can not consume food have brought with you, except for baby food (0-12 months) (A café is available on site with menus available in the foyer)
Behavioural Expectations: All visitors are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully towards others. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual displaying destructive or inappropriate behaviour.
Any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures or fittings of BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C will be liable to pay for any damage caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to abide by our Rules of Entry and Rules of Play.

Be gentle and kind to your new play pals.
Listen to our awesome BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C team—they're here to make sure everyone has a good time!
The Lego Room is for children up to 5 years old and above and access to the science Lab MUST be supervised by a grown up if you are under 8.
You must make sure that you are not too heavy for the indoor swings, scales are available to check because if you fall and hurt yourself we can not be held responsible if you were too heavy for the equipment you were using.
If there are a lot of people who want to use the sensory room we may have to implement a timer system during your visit we can use auditory or visual timers just let the team know which one works best for you.

Dress Code:

Socks are our superheroes! Wear them at all times.
Leave the shoes off, when you are playing inside, but remember to put them on if you go outside, all shoes can be kept safe in the numbered units in the main bounce room.

Grown Ups Mission Control:

Grown-ups, please keep an eye on the small / young person you are with
Put on your invisibility cloaks for a moment! During playtime, self-regulation and co-regulation let's keep the magic alive and save the tech spells for later.

Create & Respect:

Keep he toys in the play zone they belong so everyone has a fun time when they visit.
No running super-fast; we don’t want any accidents.
Please keep your personal toys safe in the shoe locker so they don’t get mixed up with our toys.
Snap pics for your album of memories.
Share smiles, not frowns! Remember, photos are for personal use only. Please refrain from sharing pictures of children other than your own on social media but don’t forget to tag us in your pics.

At BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C, we believe in the joy of play and exploration in a safe, stimulating environment. While children have fun together, there are inherent risks like moderate physical activity and occasional bumps. We're committed to keeping them safe while they run free and make memories.

Health and Safety:

Inherent Risks: While toys and role play activities provided are intended for children's enjoyment and are designed to be safe, it is important to acknowledge that all play carries inherent risks. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during play.
Safety and well-being: BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C prioritises the safety and well-being of all visitors. Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines and instructions provided by staff / instruction sheets (notices) during your visit. Grown-Ups are accountable for any damage or injury caused by their children.
Illness policy: If your little one isn't feeling their best, please reschedule their visit to prevent the spread of infection. Children who are unwell or who have been unwell must not visit Bubbles, Bounce & Sensory Play C.I.C for 48 hours after recovery. Refunds will not be given, and transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If a child or adult visiting BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C is sick or infectious during their visit, they must leave the premises immediately or will be asked to do so. No refunds or credits will be offered in such cases.

Photography and Filming:

Photography and filming for personal use are permitted within the play centre, provided it does not infringe upon the privacy or comfort of other visitors.
BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C cannot be held responsible for any images posted to a public website without prior permission from the persons in the photograph or their guardians.
We reserve the right to repost your photos, reels, stories, etc. if you choose to tag us. These might contain other visitors.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are available for purchase via BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C in person at BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C. All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. A gift voucher does not guarantee entry into a specific session, pre booking of a date and time to use the gift voucher is required. Gift vouchers can be used in part. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Gift sessions – if you book a session as a gift for another person we can send them an electronic gift invitation from the purchaser.
BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C cannot be held liable for gift vouchers which are lost or damaged.
BUBBLES, BOUNCE & SENSORY PLAY C.I.C reserves the right to refuse to accept any vouchers that may have been altered, duplicated or printed by unauthorised personnel.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking an admission a session with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
